fix(docs): remove future-toolsets page — track toolsets as issues instead

Deleted docs/testing/future-toolsets.md.
Updated testing/index.md to link to GitHub issues #10-#16 (MUSTER, COMPASS, LEDGER, PULSE, STORYBOARD, BLUEPRINT, OUTPOST).
Removed dead nav entry from mkdocs.yml.
