improve liquidity pool tracker

TODO:

1. Add a 'view community trackers' button
2. Dialog launches which shows pre-existing pool tracker configurations
3. User can add these configured pool trackers to their list of pool trackers
4. These pool tracker configurations will be stored in the github repo

The liquidity pool tracker also does not look good when viewed in xs/sm/md viewports, perhaps the overflow should be removed so that it scrolls instead of squishes.
