We request a lot of RAM (120GB!!!) for "trimming" step while barely using any of it (second row). Maybe it makes sense to be humble?
Along the same lines - default walltime is 12h. As you can see in a screenshot above, I had to extend it (in my case, it was done in 15h). Can we put longer times by default? I think making it 24h is pretty safe, no?
All "trim" jobs had 12:00:00 by default.
In my latest project (with reasonably large files), half of samples required longer walltime for trimming (the other half was fine)
