Perhaps a section could be created with details about how to contact the server admin and list his name and email there, then wherever he is currently mentioned by name it could be replaced with "the server admin" with a link to that section.
This way if admin responsibilities are ever transferred to someone else, the name and contact info would only need to be updated in one place."
