Fill in identity and pillars for each brand. Do not infer sensitive positioning without the brand owner's input.
Collect target voice examples, derive explicit rules, and define antipatterns. Keep real reference material private.
Configure each channel with status, cadence, format rules, and review rules. Leave every channel paused until dry runs are approved.
Use the public process recipes and prompts as starting points. Adjust only in the private instance if the brand needs local behavior.
Run several draft-only loops. Review drafts, refine voice files, and decide whether any separate publishing integration is worth building.
