Runtime timer does not stop

When clicking "STOP," the Runtime timer should also stop.

Currently, the Runtime timer continues, even though the "STATUS" states "STOPPED."

Given the presence of a "RESET" button:

"START" should not clear the Runtime timer.

When clicking "START," the Runtime timer should resume (as "STATUS" is "RUNNING").

When clicking "RESET," the Runtime timer should reset (along with the other values).
