individualCount is double, not integer

@rubenpp7 looks like the individualCount is mapped to a double, not integer. This raises an issue at GBIF (e.g. Individual count invalid, https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/4115529898) and as a result, individualCount is not interpreted.

I will fix this in the script so those values are correct in a future republication of the dataset.

@rubenpp7 Hmm, it seems like the data are published as integers in the Darwin Core Archive at https://ipt.vliz.be/upload/resource?r=esas. Are those cast to doubles in a later processing step you do?
