lib doesn't build

**Describe the bug**
`$ mvn clean install` spits out errors, e.g.
```[ERROR] /home/csxplg/test/jarviz/jarviz-lib/src/main/java/com/vrbo/jarviz/config/CouplingFilterConfig.java:[66,56] package ImmutableCouplingFilterConfig does not exist
```

**To Reproduce**
Just follow README

**Expected behavior**
no errors
