JBrowse Data Generation

This repository is meant to collaborate on JBrowse data generation. Following is a list of the files/data in this repository: (Please modify this file if you decide to change something.)

  • generateConfig.py is a Python script for generating config options to be used while generating JBrowse data.

  • generateBrowserData.py is a Python script for generating JBrowse data from the samples.`

  • moveBrowserData.py is a Python script for moving JBrowse data from one directory to another one.

  • updateBrowserConfigs.py is a Python script for updating JBrowse data configs.
