Portals menu

Lines 17 and 18 in front-page.php say that this isn't done yet, but I just was setting up some stuff on the test site and pretty much everything is working. The Portals menu just had to be set up by going to Appearance > Menus and doing the following steps:

1. Creating a menu titled Portals
2. Adding the Prospective Students page.
3. Adding the Alumni, PFA Homepage, and Summer Camp Programs menu items as links.
4. Selecting the Portals theme location.
