All organisms mentioned in regards to altered Schaefer-like formulation, without really discussing read percentages, were downloaded from NCBI using "datasets".
The read simulation using "art" did not proceed as expected.
Rather the organisms could be simulated at fixed read depths again no comment on read percentages for altered schaefler, then my add DA started thinking about baby shit flora.
And then I didn't really care because the assembly process unraveled, I didn't really have a plan to fix, and stuff picked up at work.
