CS - The character from mission rescue Wolfs brother cant reload weapon

Describe the bug
the mission Rescue Wolf's brother from captivity

1. In the mission when you want to give him the weapon if the weapon is empty he wont equip it or shoot the mutants. When he dies you will find that he had ammo in his inventory. If you give him loaded shotgun he will use only the loaded ammo and unequip rifle when he is out of ammo, he does not reload even if you will find ammo in his inventory. The main bug is character inability to reload weapon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. load attached saved game - Go to Rescue Wolf's brother from captivity
2. Unload shotgun
3. select in dialog take this shotgun
4. escort the character and observe, he wont equip empty weapon and he wont reload. He has ammo in his inventory.

Expected behavior
The Wolfs brother should take unloaded rifle and reload it.
If you handle him loaded rifle he should reload it when it goes empty because he has additional ammo on him.
