The microbe AI should more intelligently decide when to germinate a spore

rather than always doing it immediately if it is a spore

Some ideas: moving a bit to collect resources or finding a compound cloud before germinating, or perhaps moving a minimum distance after spawn before germinating

Of course whoever implements this can decide to use totally different conditions.
