Show developer activity in Github

As a Guild Lead, I want to see the projects that a developer is actively contributing to determine over/under allocation, so that I can balance the workload more effectively

• Show a table/list of developers and projects where they have committed code in the last 30 days, sorted and grouped by developer name with projects list sorted alphabetically
• Another feature is to color code them with a heat map (light low -> red high) so its easy to pick off light/heavy users(ed
