Problem with timing out while processing youtube video with muapi api key

the file is only 800 mb big and an hour long and it times out when ihave 100 mb /per second and it saying download time out. i shortened it from 2 hours and also im not a coder at all so

I found the timeout code im gonna try upping it to 10000
