Scroll bars can overlap with track list text

Describe the bug

Scroll bars can overlap with track list text,
both album text and track details.

Possible duplicate of #2146.

Proposed fix visuals attached in Screenshots
(adding padding to the sides of the track list while the album title separator still exists)

Implementing suggested feature in #2272 would fix,
would suggest having a default padding that makes the scroll bar not overlap.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter any layout with a track list and more than a window height of tracks
2. Hover over left or right track list scroll bars (not gallery scroll bar)

Expected behavior

Scroll bar doesn't overlap text, proposed fix visuals attached in Screenshots.
