Esp32 30Pin?

Hey Guys,

quick question - can i use a 30pin Esp32? The description wants an esp32wroom, and no where is a discription if you can use a normal 32...

i purchased the parts yesterday and the question came in my head about 5h ago xD

I flashed it to a 30 pin ESP-32 before buying a 38 pin ESP-32 to go in one of those crappy prebuilt AliExpress NRF extension boards, both worked about the same, I only got a distance of about a foot with two NRF units, I have since bought some better NTF units although have not had time to build.

Also you set up the pins for your NRFs when you load the FW so as long as you got the pins right I can't see why it won't work mine did and you can always erase it if it don't work. Advice, just try it.
