Numpy and mmcv version

Kindly confirm if Numpy 1.x is mandatory and what should be the version of mmcv as the LG-CVS repo doesn't specify that?

I am using the following -

pip install -U openmim
mim install mmengine==0.7.4
pip install "mmcv==2.0.1" -f https://download.openmmlab.com/mmcv/dist/cu118/torch2.0/index.html
mim install mmdet
pip install "numpy<2"
