[FEAT] Docker: make API calls on the server

In case this is hosted in k8s, you'd need actual port access to be able to connect to elasticsearch. The elastic API calls should be made on the server where the service is already accessible.

@cars10 are you still working on this one? my team just came across elasticvue and i'd like to run it inside our clusters so that i don't have to add ingresses for services that we intend to keep cluster-local.

Dear @mattcockrell , there is currently not work happening on this. Elasticvue does not have a backend component at all - it runs completely in the browser. While i could add a small proxy to make calls on the server this would not change the security or architecture concerns one might have. In the end, your elasticsearch instance is "open" - either directly exposed through your ingress, or through elasticvue. I do my best to keep elasticvue secure but i am not a security expert. Not sure if i want to open that box.
