Added procedure to relink the openpilot submodule opendbc_repo after adding firmware to fingerprints.py.

opendbc is a seperate repo now, so i added instructions to fork the opendbc repo and modify .gitmodules file to point to the new fork. I also added a note about the default branch name for the installer to help others (i got stuck there!)
Shortened installer.comma.ai/commaai/nightly-dev to commaai/nightly-dev, thanks to the new AGNOS.
Discussed w/ Sunny, and tweaking the URL from nightly to nightly-dev since it includes experimental too.
