Add documentation about protoc being a dependency.

I was using this crate for a kubernetes implementation and noticed that it requires protoc installed on the system to compile.

Would be nice to add that to the README's of the affected crates so that it shows up on crates.io.

Or, if i'm using it wrong, please help me :p
