Need way to ensure that a club is present in all seasons it should be, so for example if it was founded in League 1 in 1955, then it should be present in some league from then onwards unless otherwise stated.
Should handle war years correctly.
Also will need a way to add a way to track more club specific info as needed so we can set in the data if a club was dissolved, reformed, etc.
