Cant insert hex on blockchain

I am testing your tool in Knots testnet4
I am using a real HEX generated on bitcoin-cli

Seems some problem to broadcasting hex ?

I added a fix on fix/feerate branch that would make it compatible with testnet4.
It needs some tests before merging.

I will need to check the testnet 4 format to understand what is happening. I haven't a node running it available now.
