<span class="greeting">同学，你好！</span>博士生/硕士生在科研上是<strong>导师的同事与合作伙伴</strong>。为了让几年共同奋斗有一个彼此都满意的结果，我想真诚地阐明以下想法，供参考。请在<strong>认可的基础上</strong>再联系我选我，我们<strong>提前互相"避雷"</strong>。宁可不招，少招，也不想错招后师生互相折磨。

<ol>
<li>诚信靠谱：根据经验，<strong>推免本科生、博士申请考核生极易出<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/487277766" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">海王</a></strong>。不是真心想来的同学<strong>请别联系</strong>，浪费我时间和名额。如果你水平很高，估计在我们这里做科研也收获不到什么，那你开始就应去找你认为水平更高的导师。</li>
<li>身心健康：学术界高度内卷科研压力大，<strong>内耗严重、个性偏激、玻璃心、时常焦虑、抑郁等心理疾病及极端女权</strong>和中国传统意义上的<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/596191290" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">严师出高徒</a>是相悖的，极易引发<strong>灾难性<a href="https://www.sciscanpub.com/uploads/2025/04/16/0e6be8681630d9e1939409ade49b73b6.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">后果</a></strong>。如你有此类困扰且常复发，请一定不要来。</li>
<li>招生目的：学校<a href="https://www.bjtu.edu.cn/xxxtrmzn/162744.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">规定</a>全日制招生指标基于项目额度换算，有代价。招生<strong>绝非做慈善，任由学生躺平、混学位或整日琢磨去实习(仅研二7、8俩月可)、找工作</strong>，而是师生合力完成科研项目，达到<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/1993742963784848897/answer/1993748322066920997" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">导师考核指标</a>和<a href="https://www.bjtu.edu.cn/xxgkw/xxgk_xxgkml/xwxk/syxwjbyq/6a881d506ec04ccabcc0dadb3a468943.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">学生培养要求</a>。</li>
<li>热爱专业：有句话叫<strong>你不是喜欢科研，是喜欢保研</strong>。为此，有同学把重点放在"卷"分数和"造(蹭、买)"成果上，实际自驱力(lan)和能力(chun)都不行，师生都<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/429059603" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">受罪</a>。我们希望招收真正有能力、有兴趣做计算机方向研究的同学。</li>
<li>谨慎读博：读博是对智商有要求且极耗心力的过程，而<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/663192558" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">非高薪工作的保证</a>，请先想好自己是不是真的喜欢做研究(<strong>尤其本博连读和直博的学生</strong>)，并确定好家里有没有底气为你的学术理想<a href="https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/564683753" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">兜底</a>。过程中往往存在很多<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/59323074" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">客观不确定性因素</a>影响毕业，<strong>家庭和睦与父母支持很重要</strong>。不要因为一时冲动选择读博，然后又<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/1908850827797463958" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">转硕或退学</a>，折腾彼此。</li>
<li>团队管理：实验室无强制打卡和监控，每周课题组例行组会，必要时一对一交流，不让学生做与学习、科研无关的杂事或承担科研支出。特别要说明的是，我无行政职务，有时间和精力看论文和指导学生；我无非升即走的压力，无疯狂push、造假和抢一作的必要；我喜欢计算机和编程，技术上不至于因落后学生太多而遭到学生鄙视🤣。</li>
<li>特别说明：我是一名普通教师和导师，没有<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/305278806/answer/3124779165" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">科研帽子</a>，也不在社交网络(如小红📚)上打造人设、营销自己，低调做人，但<strong>学生都是我自己指导，为每名学生提供工位等必要条件，成果和毕业去向在主页上实名公开，不讲虚话</strong>，做好导师分内之事。我的团队人不多，人尽其用，不养闲人，希望和彼此match的学生一起合作，快乐科研。</li>
