Add outdated notices & Prepare for archival

As an alumni, I'm not sure if I'll ever get around to updating it to my goals for the 2022 season, and I haven't been involved wit FRC enough to keep it up to date for (now current) future seasons.

Archival task list:

• Information out of date warnings on relevant pages
• Comit any final edits
• Clean up actions
• Archive old repos
• Archive old practice repos that were never returned
• Check old GitHub & Google Classroom
• Contact relevant parties
• Admin org cleanup tasks
• Add final archival notice?
• Make final release
• Identify additional tasks
