Draw does not start with new file after it has been deleted

how to reproduce

• open map.geo.admin.ch
  -draw several points
• close draw modus
• remove "Drawing" from selection window
• start new drawing

Result:

• objects from first drawing are as well included

expected result:
when a drawing (aka kml file) is removed from selection window , and a new drawing started: previous objects are not in new KML file
