Expected Behavior

I expected, that if you install a mod that doesn't support your platform, mod will be disabled and will be shown in mod list like this [screenshot]

Actual Behavior

But geode says, that this mod for outdated GD version "0.000" like this [screenshot]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install mod that doesn't supports your platform (for example: install "Custom Textboxes" mod by Colon on Android device)
2. Restart the game
3. Open mod list
4. Find your mod

This is the most simplest way for devs to discontinue mods.

im not sure but mabye the android build on his mod had an issue or directly geode loaded the windows version or a broken build

in mod.json, where gd version is specified, android and ios is not specified, like this

            "mac": "2.2081"
    },

this means that mod doesnt support android and ios.

but geode thinks that gd version should be gd 0.000 for android & ios, and 2.2081 for mac & windows
