Owning subgraph for a field in Explorer

What determines the owning subgraph (service) that is displayed next to a field in the Explorer?

I am in federated scenario and can see that for example the id field for a type is listed as belonging to a subgraph, other than the master owner. It is also true that the said subgraph is extending the type, but should probably not be listed as owner 🤔

Hey @cosmincatalin, excuse the late reply here. This seems to be already tracked within #6851 and is a bug.

Hey @cosmincatalin could you come up with a reproduction for this issue? We could not reproduce this issue over here: #6851

We found the issue and it is now fixed in production or hive@8.4.1 for self-hosting.
