Provide local username as a default parameter that can be used

I would like to have the local username automatically made available in a parameter name.

For example, when using confidante to configure infrastructure, I may want to have an environment name default to something including the local username (e.g. "kief-sandbox") when it isn't explicitly configured otherwise.
