Should it be working in Houdini 20.5?

As the title says; trying to run in in Houdini 20.5.550 with no luck. "Installation" and "Tutorial" instructions seem contradictory. If I follow the "tutorial" instructions I get: "No module named kinefx_tools" when hitting the shelf button.

Any info would be great :)
