Bug report: Tags for 1.14.{1,2,3} missing

Describe the bug
The tags for the 1.14.1, 1.14.2 and 1.14.3 releases are missing on Git.

Expected behavior
Releases published to PyPi should also have a Git tag.

Additional context
As a distro we prefer pulling directly from repos, because it is easier to understand the changes between releases.
