Pronto installation

I unzipped the folder and want to run pronto.bat (for windows), but the command prompt is not being opened. It immediately closes right after opening it. What should I do to use pronto.

When I run in the command prompt, it is showing an error "Cannot fine lib\pronto.jar ". From where can I get pronto.jar file?
