[Bug] Copy URL button color not rendered initially

Description

On the Designs page, the Copy URL button color is not rendered correctly when the page is loaded. After hovering over the button, the correct color appears.

Expected Behavior

The Copy URL button should show the correct color when the page is loaded without needing to hover over it.
