Steps to reproduce

This is an edge case, but since I came across it, I’m opening an issue.

1. Open any comic / epub and resize the side list.
2. For the EPUB Reader sidelist, limit the minimum resize to the Notes button.
3. For the Comic Reader sidelist, limit the minimum resize to the Notes button once Plain Notes Support In Image Reader #504 is implemented.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The sidelist resize should stop at the Notes button.

❌ Actual Behavior

Overflows.
