Schedule backup and pruning of two folders into a single repo

Hi everyone
I can schedule two folders to be synced into a single repo and this works nicely.
However, the two different schedules backups have the same name but a different timestamp. This means that any time prune is run the former is deleted

Is it possible to change the name of the backups? I can't see an option
