Add GIF posts

I know this may seem superfluous to many Discord users, but I run an online radio station and we use Discord for our on-air chat. GIF posts have quickly become the most popular and simplest way to say 'I'm listening'. Hoping there are plans to add this to Roomy. If not, consider this a request.

We do intend to support gifs, though they need to be accompanied by a ‘click to play’ option that some of us (hi) would want to opt into.

Might also require gif-to-mp4 (or whatever is the best nowadays) conversion since gifs can be massive.
