I actually got the saving bug to reproduce - don't have an exact way yet, but I can regularly get it to reproduce by creating a new channel, saving, then clicking the edit button and dragging the new channel down to the bottom category. Then I move the new channel around a bunch within that category (maybe to other categories?), and eventually it duplicates, then I save. I think it may have to do with the fact that I have 2 empty bottom categories before dragging a channel down into it.

The API response shows Category "category 5" with 2 "channel 8" channels.
