Newer methods missing from IDL and stubs

IDL and stubs for MS-WKST seem to be missing opnums such as NetrJoinDomain3 (AES version of NetrJoinDomain2) and other newer methods. I'm not sure this is intended, but being from 2 years ago (Apr 30 2024) it could be nice to have an update, and a file or column in the README summarizing which protocol revisions are implemented for each protocol. For MS-WKST for instance, at the time revision 32 was already out, but for some reason these opnums weren't present - they were introduced in revision 31.1 from 20/09/2023

@Macmod yeah, I think some IDLs were downloaded like 5 years ago, never tracked them at that point, so need to revisit it.
