Describe the error
You are asked to provide a written symbol of "you cannot fool everyone at the same time".
The correct answer is missing as I believe it should be $\exists y \forall x \neg P(x,y)$.
Where the indicated correct answer is: $\exists x \forall y \neg P(x,y)$ which is as stated "There is a person that is never fooled".
