Lithuanian "Nzt ORT10LT" is being displayed at lower resolution

Lithuanian ortophoto in osm "Lithuania - NŽT ORT10LT" is being displayed at lower resolution than the source. The layer looks grainy.
The layer I'm using to reference comes from geoportal.lt (the official Lithuania's spacial data portal), the layer can be accessed through here:

Is there something that can be done about this resolution problem?

It looks like we're currently using a proxy hosted by openmap.lt (https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/blob/gh-pages/sources/europe/lt/Lithuania-ORT10LT.geojson), which might have compressed the tiles to a lower resolution. I'd be happy to change the source to the one hosted by geoportal.lt, however before I can do that, do you have any license information for this imagery or written confirmation from geoportal.lt that we're allowed to use this imagery? Taking a quick look at the OSM Wiki, I found this page which states (after machine translated to English):

OpenStreetMap community has been authorised (FIXME: where is the proof of the permit?) from the National Land Service used for the completion of their data of Lithuanian orthophist (ORT10LT) OpenStreetMap.

This layer was added quite awhile go in 2013, before there were requirements on listing license information about the imagery being indexed here.

I do not have confirmation from geoportal.lt to use this service, though in the service description there is written "For use of the service in other information systems, please contact e-mail: pagalba@geoportal.lt "

I do know that the imagery, since 2024 the NŽT ORT10LT is provided under CC BY 4.0 licence

Though, I'm not sure if this service would even be compatible with OSM as it's using LKS-94 (Spatial Reference: 2600 (3346)).
I did try to transform the LKS-94 version to pseudo Marcator and it got that blurriness effect.
So, I think that if the LKS-94 version cannot be used dirrectly, then it's not worth the hastle.
