OverManager (the "Software") is the confidential and proprietary property of
OverBuild Labs. The compiled application is made available for download and use
subject to the following terms. By installing or using the Software, you agree
to these terms.

1. License Grant. OverBuild Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the compiled
   OverManager application to manage your own mining operations.

2. Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or
   lease the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
   Software, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable
   law; (c) modify or create derivative works of the Software; or (d) remove or
   alter any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. OverBuild Labs retains all
   right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual
   property rights therein.

4. No Warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL OVERBUILD LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
   CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
   OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE
   OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Prior Releases. Versions of OverManager (and its predecessor PoPManager)
   previously distributed under the MIT License remain available under the MIT
   License for those specific versions. This license governs version 1.8.0 and
   all later versions.
