[enhancement]: Auto execute the rcfile after adding a new alias

explanation:

• After adding a new alias, the command is still not available for me to use.
• I have to manually execute the .rcfile with source in order to make it available for me to use.
• I think we can automatically execute the .rcfile after adding an alias.
