Summary
I uploaded a new plugin and it informed me that I needed to change to using qgisMaximumVersion=4.99
instead of supportsQt6=yes.
So I tried to upload a new zip with that change, and it says "Upload a valid image. The file you uploaded was either not an image or a corrupted image."
