Looking for guidance. I know XCMS offers extracted ion chromatogram functions, is that still the recommended approach for generating EICs in a targeted manner?

Hey Corey! Yes, at present there's still only xcms that allows to do that (properly). This might change if we finally get to work on the Chromatograms package again...
