[Feature Request]: Add Sparkle to Scoop package manager

What problem does this solve?

Currently, Sparkle can only be installed via the official website's .exe installer or Chocolatey. This means users who prefer Scoop for package management (a popular choice among developers and power users) have no streamlined way to install and update Sparkle through their preferred tool.

Proposed solution

Add Sparkle to the Scoop package manager. This would allow users to install it with scoop install sparkle and update it with scoop update sparkle, providing a more integrated workflow for those who use Scoop.

Hey, it appears that my last message was not sent. In that message I said that I would look into adding scoop and now i am currently in the process of adding it. However, I'm not sure if I should try and get it into its own bucket or the main scoop bucket

Also i was having issues with getting scoop to run the sparkle installer, and im unsure on how to fix it.

Hey! I'm not a programmer at all, so I don't know how to fix this myself. I just asked an AI assistant to look at the error logs and the sparkle.json file you posted.The AI thinks it spotted the problem: the manifest is missing the installer section. Since you're distributing a .exe installer (not a portable ZIP), Scoop doesn't know how to run it silently or where to put the files. Without that script, it just downloads the .exe but never actually installs it, so sparkle.exe ends up missing. Here's the fix the AI suggested — add this block to your bucket/sparkle.json right after the "hash" line:
