How to check if streaming server goes offline?

Hi, just ran this in on docker for more than a day and it seems to be offline after 18 hours (I'm not sure if it went down earlier).
I was still able to access web server when the streaming server was offline. I had to restart the container again to for the streaming server to be online.
Is there a way to check or force restart of the streaming server if it happens again?
Also I'm using scenario 3

the logs should be a good indicator and see maybe its using too much memory or cpu

I have the same problem also. I tried to troubleshoot this issue but I couldn't find any reliable solution. So I added 6 hours auto reboot of the container. Hopefully someone can post a script or something to check if the server is not working properly and trigger a reboot.
I am running this container on rpi5 if that's any relevant to this issue
