DNS hosts file not respected after DNS lookup change

I have checked the following:

• I have searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This bug is:

• making Bruno unusable for me
• slowing me down but I'm able to continue working
• annoying
• this feature was working in a previous version but is broken in the current release.

Describe the bug

Bruno does not use records set in the hosts file anymore if they exist in DNS. This seems to be a result of #7550 or #7664.

I'm currently using Bruno to test a brokered OAuth API running locally. To get the redirects with the upstream OAuth server to work correctly, the hosts file points the domain that normally hosts the API to localhost. With the recent change, Bruno ignores the override.

From what I can tell, #8072 does not solve my issue. I'm overriding real domains that don't end in .local.

Yes, I'm having the same problem and also came to that conclusion.

Bruno runtime: bruno-runtime/3.4.1
Proxy mode: off

/etc/hosts:
192.168.3.1 {domain}

curl --noproxy '*' http://{domain}admin/quoteRoute/options
=> resolves to 192.168.3.1 and returns HTTP 401 from nginx

Bruno:
DNS lookup: {domain} -> 172.31.50.131
Socket error: canceled

Workaround:
GET http://192.168.3.1/admin/quoteRoute/options
Host: {domain}
=> connects successfully and returns HTTP 200

Hi team, when can we expect to solve that issue? it exists since 3.4.0 version. With app autoupdate that may cause huge confusion for the end users.
