Lack of Documentation

Due to various reasons, this tool completely lacks any kind of Documentation and that only (very small) document it exists (the README) is actually wrong.

For future reference, for maintainability, and actually for usability purposes, a comprehensive set of documentation should be produced.

As I'm the main (and, at the moment, only) developer and maintainer of this repository, I'll take care of it on another branch. I'll nonetheless post this issue for tracking purposes.

The documentation will be published on ReadTheDocs. At the moment, only the docs branch is built and is available online.

I've merged (without a PR) the first attempt at documenting the source code, where I added a simple manpage (written in RsT). I've done it to update the ReadTheDocs website thus allowing us to set-up links with other repositories of the same project.
