[FEATURE] Auto-connect to another available tunnel.

Many thanks to the developer for finally implementing automatic tunnel reconnection. The feature works well, but there's still a minor issue. I use Proton's free servers, and sometimes some servers turn out to be unavailable or connecting to them is impossible for some reason. Right now, the app tries to reconnect several times to a server that is already unavailable, but the connection never establishes, and it keeps retrying. It would be nice to be able to specify multiple tunnels for reconnection if the last or default one turns out to be unavailable after several connection attempts.
Or, alternatively, to create a tunnel group — when connecting, the app would automatically check the availability and ping of each tunnel and connect to the one that is available and fastest. If one becomes unavailable during use, it would automatically switch to another available one.
