Added Dead Link Fixer, a web app that scans GitHub repositories for dead links, replaces them with archive.org snapshots, and automatically creates a pull request with the fixes. Users log in with GitHub, enter a repo URL, and the app handles the rest, cloning the repo, checking links, editing files, and submitting the PR.
